Always excellent.

Kate is the best

Was especially concerned about my low 02 levels and because I had traveled to appt, 30 min, without any support 02, (portable hadn't been delivered yet, and I had been told I only needed on exertion) pa did not think it wise to return home with such low levels. Sent me to hospital with explanation call to ER, I was admitted for further studies of cardio/respiratory issues. Her action and advice could have saved my life. She(pa smith) is very thorough and caring in her tx delivery.

Even if she is a bit behind schedule sometimes, she never makes me feel rushed or minimizes topics that need discussion and exploration of pros and cons of treatment. I have always felt helped by her.
