Brian Phillips

Brian Phillips has coached at the Division 1 level for over 10 years. Most recently, Phillips served as the Director of Sports Performance at James Madison University. At JMU, Phillips designed training programs and worked directly with the football program. Prior to JMU, Phillips spent time at UMass as the Director of Sports Performance overseeingBrian Phillips has coached at the Division 1 level for over 10 years. Prior to JMU, Phillips spent time at UMass as the Director of Sports Performance overseeing the 21 athletic programs, and working directly with the football program. Before UMass, Phillips was the Director of Sports Performance at Elon University, overseeing all 16 varsity sports. Other stops for Phillips include Army West Point, University of Nevada, University of Idaho and the University of Southern California.Phillips earned a Bachelor’s degree in physical education from Bridgewater State University and a Master’s degree in performance enhancement and injury prevention from California (Pa.).

Amal Scott

Amal Scott is an American Football Coach. After graduating from Florida A &M University with a Degree in Health Science, he went on to play 2 seasons of Semi Pro. He began Coaching in 2016 as the Offensive/Defensive Line Coach at the Middlesex School in Massachusetts. After coaching and developing multiple lineman who went on to play collegiateAmal Scott is an American Football Coach. After graduating from Florida A &M University with a Degree in Health Science, he went on to play 2 seasons of Semi Pro. He began Coaching in 2016 as the Offensive/Defensive Line Coach at the Middlesex School in Massachusetts. After coaching and developing multiple lineman who went on to play collegiate football; and helping the team to a winning record and the 2019 New England Championship, he was promoted to Special Teams Coordinator in 2020, and then Head Coach in 2022 Coach Scott is also an All-American Coach with Football University, specializing in Defensive Line technique. He also is a National Scout/Evaluator for Football University, The Show by NextGen, Prep RedZone, and other media Sites. He continues to coach in camps and clinics around the country, with plans to expand to other countries “Football has done so much for me, I always get excited when it time to teach, develop and coach the next generation.”

Marquisse Silva

Grew up in Kingston, Ma. Played Sophom*ore and Junior year at Silver Lake High School. Senior year transferred to Marshfield High School. Graduated from there in 1999. Was a starter on Varsity all three years of High School career. Was a 2x Division 1 and 1x Division 3 League All Star for the Patriot Ledger, Brockton Enterprise, and Boston Herald.Grew up in Kingston, Ma. Junior year led the state in touchdowns. 1998 Division 3 Super Bowl champion. 1998 Super Bowl MVP. 1999 Massachusetts Shriners All Star Football Classic South Squad Defensive MVP. Current record holder for the most interceptions in Massachusetts Shriners All Star Football Game history. Marshfield High School Triple Jump record holder. University of Maine alumni 99-01, majoring in Kinesiology and Physical Education with a focus in teaching and coaching. Started as a true freshman at running back and wide receiver for the Black Bears, as well as returned kicks. 1999 was top twenty in the country for kick return average in the NCAA. Played 2 seasons of Arena Football and 10 seasons of Semi Pro from 2003-2020. Coached at the youth and high school level over the last 10 years. Developed No Off Season Training & Athletics and have been training & mentoring student athletes since 2014. Founder & Director of NOS EL1TE 7v7 Off Season Developmental Football Program since 2020.
