SummaryWe are seeking a highly analytical and organized Treasury Analyst with excellent problem-solving skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the company, ensuring efficient cash flow and working capital management and optimizing the use of company funds. Your attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a team will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reports and forecasts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze the company's cash flows, ensuring sufficient liquidity for daily operations and identifying any potential risks or opportunities on a global basis
• Ensure global cash payments are made timely and accurately for goods, services and employee payments
• Oversee global cash collection efforts and provide suggestions for improvement
• Manage and forecast cash inflows and outflows to optimize the company's working capital
• Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement strategies for improving working capital management, such as optimizing payment terms with suppliers or negotiating more favorable terms with clients
• Evaluate and recommend banking and financial instruments to support the company's treasury activities, including loans, investments, and hedging strategies
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including liquidity forecasts, cash balances, variance analysis, and quarterly bank covenants
• Assist with developing and maintaining treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
• Monitor and assess the company's overall financial health, identifying potential risks or inefficiencies and proposing appropriate solutions
• Invest excess cash balances in appropriate and approved invest vehicles
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in treasury management, recommending and implementing process improvements where necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics or related field is preferred
• 3 years+ of Corporate Treasury or related Finance experience
• Strong understanding of cash flow analysis, financial forecasting, and working capital management
• Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and financial software applications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
