Leadership is evolving, and so should our approach. The era of "Command & Control" is fading, making room for a new paradigm anchored in trust and inspiration. Embracing a "Trust & Inspire" leadership style is key to unleashing the full potential of teams.Data speaks volumes - high-trust companies experience 74% less stress, 106% more energy at work, 50% higher productivity, and 40% less burnout than their low-trust counterparts. Trust in leaders emerges as the top driver of employee engagement, trumping organizational culture and growth opportunities.'Trust & Inspire' leadership goes beyond numbers; it fosters a culture where individuals feel valued and empowered to excel. It's not just about metrics; it's about prioritizing people's well-being alongside performance. Are you ready to lead the way to a high-trust culture where every team member feels valued and impactful?Check out this short video with Stephen MR Covey: https://lnkd.in/gzwGEVbW

I don't normally share personal posts on LinkedIn. This post impacts me personally and professionally. This last weekend I attended the funeral of my good friend and colleague, Jonathan Jardine. I have been blessed to work with Jonathan for the last 15 years. After a courageous 15-month battle with glioblastoma, Jonathan returned to his Heavenly home on May 25th.He leaves behind an amazing wife and five beautiful children. Jonathan was one of the finest men I have ever known. He was a friend to all, an incredible husband, father, and incredible FranklinCovey Client Partner. Jonathan was a Man of God who freely shared his faith and his love for his membership in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.Jonathan had a beautiful Celebration of Life at his funeral which was packed by many people whose lives were impacted for the good by Jonathan.Jonathan lived the principles he taught. I truly am a better man because of Jonathan. He leaves a wonderful legacy for others to follow in his steps.A GoFundMe has been established to help Jonathan's family at this difficult time: https://lnkd.in/gpxvdP2J#teamjardine #FranklinCovey #leader #friend #manofgod

The 4 Disciplines of Execution in Hospitality-There are several industries where 4DX has helped organizations drive breakthrough results: manufacturing, trucking, healthcare and hospitality. In the dynamic world of hospitality, delivering exceptional customer experiences is paramount. The 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX) offers a robust framework that empowers organizations to achieve breakthrough results. Here's how:1. **Focus on the Wildly Important**: By setting clear and ambitious goals, hospitality organizations can channel their efforts into providing top-notch services that exceed guest expectations.2. **Act on the Lead Measures**: Identifying and acting on the drivers of guest satisfaction, such as personalized service and rapid response to feedback, can significantly enhance the customer experience.3. **Keep a Compelling Scoreboard**: Visual tracking of performance metrics motivates teams to improve service delivery continuously, ensuring every guest interaction is an opportunity to impress.4. **Create a Cadence of Accountability**: Regular check-ins foster a culture of responsibility, where every team member is committed to the organization's vision of hospitality excellence.Implementing 4DX in hospitality not only streamlines operations but also instills a culture of execution that aligns with the ultimate goal: creating memorable experiences for guests. It's a strategic approach that turns ambitious visions into reality. 🏨✨

As we approach the second half of 2024, C-Suite leaders in the trucking and transportation industry are addressing key concerns. 1. Driver Turnover: Trucking companies are working to retain talent in a competitive market with a shortage of drivers.2.
