Not just that you need to drop a message on Skype / Team / WhatsApp and if the person is in same office, you need to tell them face-to-face and sometimes even open the email for them to read and even then the work doesn't happens...

Yes, that’s true. Unfortunately, this issue isn’t confined to India—it’s a global problem. The root cause is the growing volume of communication and our over-dependence on email for everything. However, this can be minimized by implementing and segmenting processes through effective workflows. Sadly, workflow management often takes a backseat in the rush toward digitalization.India faces two major challenges in digitalization: a lack of knowledge about the latest technologies and limited budgets. Addressing these challenges could significantly improve our digital communication processes.

I have a funny experience on this.A senior asked the planning guy to type a mail from his ID/laptop.The planning guy sent the mail. After this the senior asked him-"Arey mereko CC kar diya hai na?" as if the mail was sent from the planning guy's ID 🤣 🤣 🤣

This quote suggests that we have a choice in how we approach challenges and obstacles in life. We can either choose to be negative and focus on the difficulties and struggles, ultimately making ourselves miserable. Or, we can choose to see these challenges as opportunities for growth and development, making ourselves stronger in the process. The amount of effort and work required to navigate these challenges remains the same regardless of the mindset we choose. It is up to us to determine how we want to approach these difficulties and whether we want to use them as a springboard for personal growth or allow them to bring us down. our mindset and perspective can greatly impact our overall well-being and resilience in the face of adversity. Ultimately, the choice is ours - to let difficulties break us or build us into stronger, more resilient individuals. The amount of work is still the same.

I agree and disagree. Yes, it’s crucial to recognize people’s strengths & acknowledge & celebrate them/the wins with people. I don’t look at weaknesses as weaknesses. More like areas of opportunity that can be developed into strengths. If we ignore them, they’ll never improve. #leadership #coaching #growthmindset

Love this! One of my favourite parts of leadership is just this. The potential you can create in someone when you build their confidence and skillsets based on their current strengths is astounding, but when you can discover strengths even they didn’t know they have, you can change the trajectory of their career, improve the teams function and help bring your business to the next level. #elevateyourteam #elevateyourgame
